What is PBABJ?
The Palm Beach Association of Black Journalists (PBABJ) was founded in 1987 to improve the presentation of news and conditions for Black journalists in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. Its members work in print, broadcast, Internet and media-related businesses.
PBABJ Focus
Today, PBABJ has a more charitable focus providing scholarships and sponsoring seminars free to the community. The organization has 501(c)(3) non-profit status. Members also serve in numerous community organizations and participate in other community events.
